A skip trace finds the owner's contact information for a property. You get phone numbers, email, mailing address, and linked properties, with a do-not-call flag and a phone quality score on every number. In The Invest Nest you skip trace one owner or a whole list in one click, and the results land back in the same list. 500 are included every month, and extra ones are 10 cents each.
Do unused skip traces roll over?
Included ones do not. Your 500 skip traces refill on your billing date, so an unused one does not carry into the next month. Extra skip traces you buy are different: they never expire.
Are there any other fees or taxes?
No other fees. The plan is $65 a month, and extra skip traces at 10 cents each are the only thing you can add. Prices exclude tax, and none is added at checkout today.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings. You keep access through the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no cancellation fees.
