Bring your existing lists from PropStream.

Three steps, and your PropStream lists are working here.

  1. Export from PropStream

    While your subscription is still live, download each list you want to keep as a CSV file.

  2. Click Import list

    On your lead lists page, click Import list and drop the file in. CSV, XLS, and XLSX files all work, as long as every row has a street address and a ZIP.

  3. Skip trace the entire list

    Select the rows, or select all, and click Skip trace. Phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses, and linked properties come back in the same list.

Export your saved PropStream lists before you cancel.

  1. You cancel by contacting their support team.

    PropStream's published Terms of Use, effective February 10, 2026, say the subscription continues month to month until it is cancelled, and that you cancel it by contacting their customer support.

  2. The month you are in is not refunded.

    The same terms state that the monthly subscription fee is non-refundable, and that fees through the end of the current billing cycle stay payable whether or not you use the account.

  3. Export your lists while you still have access.

    Every owner you already skip traced is in those files, and the export is yours to keep. Download the lists you want before your access ends.

What happens when I cancel PropStream?

PropStream's published Terms of Use, effective February 10, 2026, say the subscription runs month to month until it is cancelled, that you cancel it by contacting their customer support, and that the fee for the month you are already in stays payable and is not refunded. Can I import my PropStream exports into The Invest Nest?

Yes. Export the list from PropStream as a CSV file, then click Import list on your lead lists page in The Invest Nest. CSV, XLS, and XLSX files all work, with a street address and a ZIP on every row. Once your list is saved, skip trace the owners, set each lead's status, leave notes, and drag the hot deals onto your pipeline.
